About Us
Anuradha Paturi MD, MPH, MHS
Dr. Paturi is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist. She grew up in New York and earned her B.A. in Psychology from Binghamton University in New York. She graduated with honors and was inducted into both the Psi Chi National Honor Society for Psychology as well as Phi Beta Kappa National Honor Society. She has a strong foundation in public health and social service. She obtained her two Masters degrees from Johns Hopkins University and worked on projects for the United Nations before obtaining her medical degree at the Medical College of Ohio. She completed her medical internship and Ophthalmology residency at Summa Health System in Northeast Ohio and was Chief Resident her final year. During that time, she was also awarded a Summa Foundation Grant to research the eye care needs of underserved groups in Ohio.
After settling in Arizona, Dr. Paturi has continued her work to increase access to quality eye care by volunteering with the Mobile Eye Unit supported by the Arizona Ophthalmology Society to provide eye exams in communities with no access to an ophthalmologist.
She enjoys traveling and spends her free time with her two daughters and dog outdoors exploring the beautiful hiking and biking trails in Arizona.
